Three Sisters, Three Weddings, One Trusted Name: Paul Walker Photography

When Lauren got married in October 2021, we had no idea it was the start of something. Three years later her sister Libby asked us back for her wedding, and in October 2025 the youngest sister, Phoebe, did the same. Three sisters, three very different weddings, four years apart — and the same team there for all of them.
Lauren & Daniel — The Barns Hotel, October 2021
Lauren and Daniel were married in October 2021 at The Barns Hotel, a converted 18th-century farmhouse near Cannock in Staffordshire. It's a fair distance from our usual Yorkshire patch, but we were happy to make the trip — the venue's relaxed, rustic feel suited the day perfectly, and getting to know the family on this first wedding turned out to matter more than we realised at the time.
Libby & Anand — Carden Park, September 2024
Three years on, Libby chose Carden Park in Cheshire for her wedding to Anand in September 2024 — a country estate with grounds big enough to get lost in, which made for some lovely wide shots as the light dropped in the evening. By this point we already knew the family, which made the day feel less like a job and more like turning up for people we knew.
Phoebe & Thomas — Weston Hall, October 2025
The third wedding — for now — was Phoebe and Thomas's, on 18 October 2025 at Weston Hall in Staffordshire, another beautiful countryside venue and a fitting close to four years of being part of this family's story. By this stage it didn't feel like photographing three separate weddings; it felt like watching three sisters each have their day, and being trusted to capture every one of them.
Why we love being asked back
There's something special about being trusted with three weddings from the same family. By Phoebe's wedding, we knew where everyone needed to be, who liked having their photo taken and who didn't, and what mattered most on the day — which meant less time directing and more time capturing things as they happened. That's really what we're about: getting to know people, and being part of their story rather than just turning up for the day.
