If you are enquiring about photography services, or purchasing photographic products, it will be necessary to process some personal data.

Data Which we Retain

When visitors make contact via the website to enquire about our services, we capture their names, phone numbers and email address to respond to the enquiry.

Once your event has passed, we take and store photographs from your event on encrypted hard drives, in order to provide the photographic services that you have hired us for.

We keep your photographs for as long as the hard disks that they are stored on are functional in order to provide copies should you ever lose your photographs. This service is provided as a legitimate interest.

If you would like us to remove your photographs from our hard disks and backups after we have delivered your full gallery, we will do so, if you send us an email confirming your request.

We also collect a small amount of personal details about you, your wedding party and the other wedding suppliers at your wedding, which may be:

  • Email addresses

  • Social media links

 

We may also post photos from your wedding in a variety of places, which is done for legitimate interest. Should you or any member of your wedding party not wish to be included in this, please let us know by email.

LightBlue

LightBlue is a business management tool. We use it to record enquiries, bookings, names, phone numbers, addresses and take information about your wedding day. We provide our contracts and invoices for photographic services you purchase from us. They are GDPR compliant and we retain 7 years of data in order to be compliant with legal obligations.

 

Dropbox

Dropbox is a service that provides online data hosting services. We store contracts and other text documents relating to your booking on Dropbox. They self-certify as compliant with GDPR.

 

Zenfolio

Zenfolio is an online photo delivery tool and we use them to send you your photos in high resolution when we have completed editing them. They also provide the store facilities for print ordering. They self-certify as GDPR complaint and they retain data for a maximum of 2 years for legitimate interest.
