79 Five-Star Reviews: What Couples Are Really Saying About Their Wedding Photos

We've just hit 79 five-star reviews on Facebook, every one of them from a couple we've photographed on their wedding day. We're not going to tell you we're the best wedding photographers in Huddersfield — we'll let the people who've actually booked us do that instead.

Choosing a wedding photographer is one of the harder decisions in planning a day you only get once, so it's worth hearing it from couples who've been through the whole process with us: the enquiry, the planning call, the day itself, and finally opening the gallery.

Here's a genuine spread of what they've told us.

On feeling at ease, even in front of the camera

A lot of couples come to us worried about being photographed all day, especially if they're camera-shy. This is the feedback that means the most to us.

Lisa White summed up her wedding with Greg simply: he was "absolutely amazing," and she said they felt zero pressure from start to finish.

Gemma Hodgson said much the same about her day with Greg — she "honestly didn't even realise" he was there for most of it, and still came away with photos that captured everyone's personalities.

Katie Briggs said Greg made her and her partner feel at ease and fitted seamlessly into their day at The Fleece.

Hayley Atkinson appreciated that Paul talked her through all the packages with no pressure to upsell — she said she and her husband felt they'd made the right choice.

On the photos themselves

Nicola Clare said the photos taken by Greg captured her wedding beautifully, praising both the quality and how relaxed the whole experience felt.

Erin Warden-English called her photos from Rachel "wonderful," adding that the pricing felt very reasonable for the value.

Vicky Burrows, whose wedding photographer was Greg, said he got some brilliant shots even of guests who normally hate having their photo taken — high praise from anyone who's tried to wrangle a big wedding party into a group shot.
